Governing Law
Jurisdiction and Governing Law: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out or relating to the Terms of Service, including its formation, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be exclusively settled by the laws of Singapore.
Dispute Resolution
Negotiation: In the event of a dispute, parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation.
Binding Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its rules. The seat of arbitration shall be in Singapore. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English
Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Failure by Weave to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Weave regarding the Services.
